Gmail connection
Terms of household use
The Richards Family Dashboard is an owner-operated household tool, not a public email service. These pages explain the optional Gmail connection; they do not themselves provide a login or connect an account.
Who may use it
The household owner chooses the Gmail accounts to connect and personally completes Google sign-in and consent for each one. Only the administrator and approved family agents may use the private dashboard’s authenticated connection for household purposes. Do not connect a workplace, client, or other person’s account without the account holder’s authorization.
What access means
The connector requests Gmail read-only access to search and read original messages, threads, and attachments on demand. It does not send, modify, or delete messages and does not automatically watch mail or generate appointment alerts. Family agents can receive selected results and may process them through configured AI services as described in the privacy policy. An answer is not a substitute for checking the original message before making an important decision.
Control and availability
The owner may remove a connection in the dashboard or revoke Google access at any time. Disconnecting stops new retrieval through this connection, but prior agent conversations or continuity notes may remain as described in the privacy policy. Availability depends on the private service and Google; the household operator may pause access for maintenance or security. This public information website never grants access to the private service.
Questions and changes
For questions about household use, email richardshme@gmail.com. Updated terms should be made available here before any material change in the connection’s permitted use.
